Chickpea Curry
1 tin chickpeas, drained
3 Tbl olive oil
1-2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 Tbl plain flour
1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
1-2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
chilli flakes or fresh chilli
